We hope to teach the players the proper techniques that apply to our system as they progress through the program. We expect that all coaches, players and fans will conduct themselves in a respectful and positive manner. We hope to install a sense of pride in our program and our communities. We want to instill in the player a vast array of life skills that they can carry with them beyond the game of football.”
